Israel is blocking off more Palestinian towns and areas with fix foot tall dirt walls. Cars cannot cross them, but tanks can go right through. Although Israeli troops have been blocking all the main roads into Palestinian areas, there are many flat areas and trails that Palestinians can still drive through at night. Israel is also pouring more money into Army Intelligence, whose agents have been very successful at keeping tabs on Palestinian activities.
