An Iraqi civilian entered the Baghdad offices of a UN aid organization armed with an assault rifle and explosives. He shot dead two UN employees (a Somalia and an Iraqi) and held the other UN personnel hostage until police came and captured him. The killer said he was doing it to protest the UN embargo and arms inspections.
