Pakistan said it will order a unilateral ceasefire along the Kashmir Line of Control starting on the 27th. It asked India to join in, and use this as the start of a peace negotiation. However, Winter is arriving in Kashmir, which usually imposes a ceasefire along the misty and snow covered Line of Control.
