Serbia is still in the weapons business, but is going up-scale. The VTI company has combined design concepts and components from a 1980s era Russian "GROM" radio guided bomb with an American Maverick missile (the version with TV guidance) from the early 1990s Using cheaper and more effective current digital TV technology. The "GROM-B" is a lot cheaper than American or European TV guided bombs, as is a laser guided bomb also produced by VTI. Serbian weapons firms have a reputation for selling to anyone, charging more if the buyer is currently embargoed by the UN or any other major power.
