Saudi Arabia has issued its third "Most Wanted Terrorists" list. The other two resulted in nearly all the named suspects being killed or captured. The last list, for example, saw 23 of 26 suspects killed or captured. The new list contains 36 names, seven of which are foreigners (three Chadians, a Moroccan, a Kuwaiti, a Yemeni and a Mauritanian), and 21 are living outside Saudi Arabia (most are thought to be in Iraq). An increasing number of Saudi Islamic terrorists are showing up in Iraq, dead, after fights with Iraqi security forces or American troops. Some 80 percent of the foreign terrorists in Iraq are believed to be Saudi. This pattern appears to be the result of vigorous and effective counter-terrorism efforts in Saudi Arabia.
