Congress is scrambling to finalize a $29.4 billion security supplemental appropriation. The Pentagon will get the lion's share ($16 billion), but other items include $3.85 billion for the new Transportation Security Agency (including $25 million to reimburse airlines for those new reinforced cockpit doors).--Stephen V Cole
