US District Judge Harold Baer has ruled that people suing Osama bin Laden can consider the law suit to have been served against him if news of the suit is broadcast on several news organizations including CNN (which is available around the world) and Al Jazeera (the Arab news service broadcast from the Persian Gulf) and is published in Arab newspapers for six weeks. --Stephen V Cole
