Malaysian police arrested Thailand's most wanted Islamic terrorists, Doramae Kuteh, (also called Chae Kumae Kuteh). Kuteh organized the January 4th, 2004 raid on an army base. This event, and two other terror attacks at the same time, ignited terrorist, and counter-terrorist operations that left nearly 600 people dead in 2004. Thailand offered a $130,000 reward for Kutehs capture, and Malaysia says it will turn him over to Thailand.
