Renewed talks between the Sudanese government and the rebel movements in Darfur have stalled. The ceasefire talks, held in Chad, are an attempt to end the sputtering rebellion by Muslim tribes in western Sudan. The government accused the rebels of making impossible demands. The rebels accused the Sudanese government of making impossible demands. The talks then broke off. However, a subsequent report said the talks aren't over. Stay tuned.
