A spokesman for the emerging rebel movement in Sudans Dafur province said that the rebel Sudanese Movement for Justice and Equality (SMJE) doesnt want to secede from Sudan. The movement, however, does want to end the Khartoum governments internal colonialism. The SMJE says it is not part of the SPLA, and its members are mostly Muslim. However, they accuse the Sudanese government of stealing resources from Dafur.
