Burundi FNL rebels continue raid into neighboring Congo, and appear to be out of control.

The FDD rebels accuse the government of firing 140 rounds of artillery at FDD camps outside the capital. The government says this was in response to raids by FDD fighters on villages outside the capital. Some 300 homes were looted of food and other goods.
