After years of diplomatic and military pressure from Rwanda, the Congolese government has announced the banning of Rwandan Hutu political groups (led by men responsible for 1994 Rwanda mass murder). The leaders of these groups are also to be expelled from the Congo, although catching all of them will be difficult. But at least they won't be able to operate openly, as they have for the last eight years.
