At the request of the U.S. government, Swiss police arrested the former head of Russian nuclear energy agency, Yevgeny Adamov. The charge was stealing,  which Adamov did rather blatantly when he handled large sums of American aid for improving safety and security in Russia's nuclear power and fuel industry. American investigators say they can prove  Adamov  stole at least nine million dollars.
