In an attempt to move surplus inventory and reduce foreign debt, state owned aircraft manufacturer MiG is offering Austria MiG-29 warplanes at half price if the cost is applied to the $300 million Russia owes Austria. In Moscow, the bomb squad found and removed two bombs from the main railway station.
