The air force says it has a new approach to stealth that it is using in it's next generation MiG fighter. The new technique uses a plasma field to absorb radar signals, and also to send back false data on the MiGs true position. There was no announcement of when this new technology would enter service. In Chechnya, five rebels were killed in several incidents. One civilian also died and two soldiers were wounded.
