In the southern Philippines, police arrested a fifth Moslem missionary, Hassan al-Bakre, and accused him to acting as a courier for cash provided to local Islamic terrorists. Saudi Arabian religious charities have been financing Islamic missionaries and charitable projects for Moslem areas in the southern Philippines. But the government believes some of these missionary efforts are a cover for Islamic terrorism.
