The police lifted fingerprints off one of the 16 bombs planted around the city by the "IPFA." The prints belonged to a 41 year old civil engineer from the southern Philippines. The engineer, Rogelio Adamat, had traveled to Malaysia, Pakistan and Saudi Arabia in the 1990s. It's not known if he's Moslem, but it tends to confirm police suspicions that this might be a one man bombing campaign.
