The State of Rebellion has been lifted, as the civil disorder in the capital has eased. In a mall north of the capital, an explosion injured at least 30 people. At first it was thought to be a politically motivated attack. But it later turned out to be a jewelry store robbery where a grenade was thrown into a crowd to cover the robbers escape.
