For the first time, India arrested Nepalese eight rebels in India and turned them over to Nepal. The rebels had entered India to obtain medical care. There are some rebel camps in India. The rebel attacks on the 11th ended up leaving at least 164 people dead. At least half of the dead were rebels. The rebels usually carry their dead away, but in this case, some bodies were left behind. And as army troops pursued the rebels, they found a mass grave with 62 recently killed rebels. Today, several rebel bombs killed four civilians.
