 A Japanese newspaper reported that North Korea is negotiating to sell Taepodong 2 ballistic missiles to Iran. The North Koreans would export missile components, and then send technical experts to Iran to supervise the assembly of the missiles from North Korean and Iranian parts. There are already hundreds of North Koreans in Iran working on nuclear and missile projects. The North Koreans are, however, closely watched by North Korean secret policemen sent along for that purpose.
