The presidents of the US and South Korea met and agreed to keep things pretty much the way they are. Apparently it was decided to call North Korea's bluff. Without saying it, North Korea has been put under an embargo. Very little fuel or food is getting in. Reconnaissance of North Koreas ports has increased, and North Korean exports of drugs and missiles may be intercepted and seized on the high seas. North Korea can retaliate by firing artillery and rockets at Seoul, the capital of South Korea and home to ten million people. Only a few shots from the north would cause panic in Seoul. But this is the direction the situation is going in.
