A shipment of 15 North Korean SCUD missiles was allowed to proceed to their buyer, Yemen, after the ship carrying them was stopped off the Yemeni coast yesterday. The North Korean ship, for reasons unknown, had painted over it's name and stopped flying a flag as it got closer to Yemen. This allowed patrolling NATO warships to forcibly stop and inspect the ship. The missiles were hidden under other goods. There's nothing illegal about North Korea selling SCUD missiles to Yemen, although Yemen denied last week that they were doing so.
