North Korea has continues to ship ballistic missile parts, particularly to the Moslem radical controlled Iranian armed forces. North Korea has been shipping parts instead of assembled missiles since the 1990s, to avoid getting intercepted at sea by US navy warships. Missile engines and guidance systems can be stored in the holds of ships. The missile bodies can be built in countries like Iran or Iraq.
