The US and North Korea have set up a "Hot Line" telecommunications system. This was officially done to facilitate the visit by Secretary of State Albright, but the line will remain in operation indefinitely. This is regarded as a good sign -- that North Korea doesn't want any accidents or surprises to upset the current progress.--Stephen V Cole
