Police captured four members of Islamic Jihad in the West Bank, as police began searching for those in Hamas and Islamic Jihad responsible for yesterday's suicide bombing.

Israel broke off peace talks with the Palestinian Authority until something was done by the Palestinians about the terrorist groups among them. The Palestinian Authority says it has broken off relationships with Hamas and Islamic Jihad. But the Israelis want the Palestinians to arrest the Hamas and Islamic Jihad members responsible for the suicide bombing attacks on Israeli civilians. This the Palestinians refuse to do, mainly because it would mean civil war among Palestinians. But unless the Palestinian Authority takes on the terrorist organizations, the suicide attacks will continue and peace will be impossible.
