: 10.0pt"> Israeli intelligence activities have apparently expanded and produced more information, as police and troops are making daily sweeps into Palestinian territory and arresting specific people. More terrorist safe houses, weapons caches and bomb factories are being hit. 

Two US Patriot anti-aircraft missile batteries arrived in Israel for military exercises. The units arrived by ship.
