Peace negotiations between Israeli and Palestinian officials continue, with the usual squabbles over who said, or promised, what. The key issue is not an agreement, but the capability of any Palestinian leadership to control the Palestinians radical groups that call for the violent expulsion of all Jews from the Middle East. For peace to be made, the Palestinian leaders have to agree to engage in civil war with their own radicals. And this is looking more likely.
