In Gaza, a Palestinian was killed when a car loaded with 82mm and 120mm mortar shells. The police suspect a booby trap that went off prematurely. Palestinian terrorists have vowed to increase their attacks, but they are beginning to demonstrate a manpower shortage. Israeli police continue to go after key people (bomb makers, trainers, leaders) in terrorist organizations. Every week, more of these key terrorists are arrested or killed. But the violence continues, with mortar and sniper attacks every day. Israeli troops continue to destroy Palestinian houses and orchards that snipers have seen to operate from.  Meanwhile, a severe water shortage in the region is providing another point to argue over. Israel has always monopolized water supplies, leaving Palestinians barely enough for personal use. The current drought is so bad that Israel is tempted to cut back the Palestinians even more, which will only increase Palestinian anger.
