Although the amount of violence has gone down in the past few days, there is still a lot of it. The UN says it has the agreement of the Palestinian Authority and Israel to start peace talks. This all came apart later in the day when four Israeli soldiers go lost driving in the West Bank. Palestinian police took them to a police station, and a mob broke in and killed two of the soldiers. Armed Israeli settlers have already been attacking nearby Palestinians and anger is growing within Israel. Israeli leaders have called for an end to peace talks with the Palestinians.
