The reopening of Baghdad has been delayed because of hundreds of Iraqi army SAM-7 portable surface-to-air missiles are still unaccounted for. The coalition is offering rewards to turn in the missiles, many of which are no longer in working order. It was not announced how many SAM-7s are still out there and how much longer it will be before the missiles can be tracked down and seized.
