The US is putting pressure on Ukraine to cease it's illegal export of weapons and military equipment to Iraq. At first, Ukraine denied it, but as the evidence, and threats of economic reprisals, piled up, the Ukrainians became more willing to negotiate. Unfortunately, Ukraine is a dictatorship that is more interested in making money and staying in power than anything else.
