April 1, 2005: Despite recent rhetoric and speculation about possible imminent military operations by the US against Iran's nuclear installations, close observers of Iran's military forces detect no unusual movements or other activities by either the regular armed forces or the revolutionary guard forces. This suggests that the Iranians do not believe an American attack is likely.
