Russians about the Iranian arms sales.

Iran arrested to Turkish PKK rebels who had crossed over the border from northern Iraq to obtain medical care. One of the two turned out to be a senior PKK commander and Turkey has asked that he be extradited to Turkey for trial. Some 4,000 PKK rebels, who are Kurds, have taken refuge in northern Iraq, also populated by Kurds. Across the border in Iran, there are more Kurds. In the 1970s, the Kurds in all three nations were in rebellion, seeking to form a Kurdish state. This effort failed, and Iran keeps a sharp watch on its Kurds.
