Police warned the population to be ready for more suicide bombing attacks. Six of those identified as behind the 2002 Bali bombing are still not caught and the ringleader has never been identified. While most Indonesians practice an easy going form of Islam (incorporating many pre-Islamic practices), thousands of urban Indonesians have become infatuated with the Taliban and al Qaeda brand of fanatical Islam. Many of these young fanatics were encouraged by religious school financed by Saudi Arabia. It is also thought that the main Islamic terrorist organization, Jemaah Islamiyah, has at least a dozen suicide bombers ready to go.
