Abdul Aziz, the main suspect in the Bali bombing, has been identified by Malaysian police as the same man who lived five years in Malaysia, teaching in an Islamic school. The police also noted that Abdul Aziz belonged to KMM (Malaysian Militant Group), as did many other teachers at the school. KMM, like the Indonesian Jemaah Islamiyah, advocated the establishment of a regional Islamic state and agreed with most of the goals of al Qaeda, including the use of violence against those they disagreed with.
