Police in Bali have made more arrests, picking up men known to have been in the area of the Bali bombing and with connections to Islamic radical organizations. The police have been very energetic in pursuing this case, and have been receiving some help from foreign intelligence agencies (especially the CIA and FBI).

Indonesian officials admit that this looks like an al Qaeda operation, with local Islamic radicals receiving technical assistance (to make the bomb and plan the operation) from foreigners.
