Maoist terrorists in India killed ten people in several attacks. The Maoist violence is not as deadly as the Islamic terrorism in Kashmir, but is more widespread in eastern and southern India. The Maoists are exploiting the unrest among hundreds of millions of poor, rural Indians who are still living under what could accurately be described as feudal conditions.
