Pakistani police arrested 15 Malaysian and Indonesian Islamic radicals in a religious school in Karachi. One of those arrested turned out to be the brother of al Qaeda leader Hambuli, who was recently captured in Thailand. Pakistan has no trouble cracking down on foreign Islamic radicals, but must be more careful with the local ones.
