The body of Mir Aimal Kasi was returned to Pakistan. Kasi was executed in the United States three days ago for the 1998 murder of two CIA employees outside CIA headquarters. The FBI and CIA hunted down Kasi back to Pakistan, bribed his bodyguards and brought him back to America for trial. Kasi, the somewhat excitable son of a wealthy Baluchistan family had come to the US to escape problems back home, where he was known as a hothead and somewhat unstable. He did no better in the US and became bitter over perceived American misbehavior against Moslems. Kasi has been hailed as a champion of Islam as his family prepared to bury him.
