Congo, Rwanda and Uganda have given armed Rwandan Hutu groups 30 days to disarm. Those who do not surrender their weapons, will be hunted down and killed or arrested by the armed forces of Congo, Rwanda and Uganda after that. These Hutus participated in the mass killings of minority Tutsi in Rwanda in 1994, and fled the country when Tutsi counterattacked and took control of Rwanda. Ever since, these Hutu groups have lived by plunder and banditry, sometimes making raids into Rwanda.
