Despite the continued hostile pronouncements about Taiwan's rogue status, both Taiwan and China continue to announce new economic policies that make it easier for Taiwanese businesses to invest in China. This is another example of how China has kept politics and economics separate since the 1970s. China is spending three billion dollars to extend it's railroad system into Tibet. This bothers India a great deal, as it makes it easier for China to threaten India with military force.
