China's anti-corruption campaign continues to go places such operations have never gone before. An army general (Xiao Huaishu, a regional deputy political officer) on the east coast (Zhejiang) was arrested for corruption (bribery, working with gangsters and adultery.) General Xiao was still active in business, despite a government edict three years ago demanding that the military get out of operating commercial enterprises. The government is apparently trying to remind the army that the military must get out of business.
