Two more people were killed by Uzbek mines on the Tajik border. The two dead men were trying to cross to visit relatives. The mines were planted to stop Islamic radicals from crossing into Uzbekistan. No radicals have been killed by the mines since they were planted last year, but some 30 local civilians have, and another three dozen injured.
