A Bosnian criminal court charged Muamer Topalovic, a Bosniak Muslim, with the murder of three Bosnian Croats. Topalovic allegedly killed the three (a man and his two daughters) on Christmas Eve, 2002. The murder was described as an act of religious fanaticism and founded on ethnic and religious hatred.
