The Turkish Navy wants to buy a dozen refurbished and upgraded Rapier four-missile launchers to defend its new base at Aksaz. This will become the Turkish Navy's main base, replacing Golcuk which was devastated by an earthquake. Turkey already has a deal to build the new Rapier-2 surface to air missile (SAM) under license.--Stephen V Cole
