Rebels killed six civilians south of the capital. Two of the victims were children, which is common in these attacks. The rebels often target families, and kill men, women and children. The increase in rebel attacks over the last few months shows that the rebels have not only survived the army's campaign against them, but have also gotten stronger. The government has not announced any plans for dealing with this situation.
