Some 50 New Zealand SAS commandos are returning to Afghanistan next month for a major attempt to catch Osama bin Laden and other al Qaeda and Taliban leaders. The Pakistani army is putting a lot of pressure on border tribes that have been harboring these men for over two years. Dozens of foreign and Afghan Taliban and al Qaeda members have been captured in the last week in Pakistan. The army has made a few attacks on tribal fortresses, which has convinced other tribal leader to hand over their "guests." Some of the Taliban and al Qaeda have fled into Afghanistan, or deeper into Pakistan (where the police have an easier time getting to them, once they have found them.)
