A Russian diesel-electric submarine that once prowled the Atlantic coast is now available for sale on EBAY for $1 million or the best offer. The sub was one of 16 built in the 1960s. It was sold in 1994 and served as a museum and restaurant in Finland. Lately, it has been docked in Florida where entrepreneurs have tried without much success to find a way to turn it into a going business.--Stephen V Cole
