The International Space Station (ISS) is being solely serviced by Russian spacecraft. Next week, a relief crew of two will arrive. Two weeks ago, a cargo capsule not only delivered supplies, but used it's remaining fuel to raise the ISS 5,000 meters higher. The ISS is in a low orbit which would eventually bring it low enough to burn up in the atmosphere if a Russian space capsule or American Space Shuttle did not periodically push it into a higher orbit.
