The Center for Strategic and International Studies (a highly respected Washington think tank) says in a new report that soldiers all across the US military are "tired of doing more with less" and blame the senior leadership for their rapidly plummeting morale. Army officials said they could not dispute the report but that it contained no new information. --Stephen V Cole
